David Allard graduated with a master degree of general management from Toulouse Business School in 2003. He also holds a MBA from W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. As an enthusiastic learner, David also learned to speak and use mandarin.
David Allard has 10 years work experience in China and is currently the Head of Open Innovation at PSA Peugeot Citroen in Shanghai, taking charge of innovation opportunities analysis & exploration, and connected services.
Prior to this, he had severed as Competitive Intelligence Analyst and R&D Department Technical Manager after joining the company in 2008.
